Whether you can delete a card depends on how many cards are linked to your account. Here are the 2 possible scenarios:
If your account has only one linked card
You won’t be able to delete your card if there are ongoing orders. Every account must have at least one active card to ensure smooth payment processing. To remove your current card, you’ll first need to add another card and set it as your primary card. Only then can the original card be removed.
If your account has more than one linked cards
You can delete any non-primary card directly in the app by selecting the card you wish to remove.
Note: Payments are always deducted from the card marked as Primary. If you have ongoing orders, you won’t be able to delete the current primary card until you assign another card as the new primary.
