If your scheduled payment wasn’t successfully deducted from your linked debit/credit card, here’s what you can do:
1. Check your card balance to make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the first downpayment.
2. Check your card status for activated online transaction via card issuer's mobile banking
3. Try to add a new debit/credit card
4. Try for another transaction with lower amount or wait for 30 days and do the transaction again
