A penalty interest will be applied following an unsuccessful scheduled payment attempt. This occurs when the automatic deduction on the due date fails. As a result, your account will be temporarily suspended.
For each billing cycle, a penalty interest of 0.53% will be charged based on the full outstanding bill amount.
You can settle your outstanding payment and penalty interest easily via the Atome app or through the link in our reminder message. Once the total amount due is settled, your account will be reactivated and you’ll be able to use Atome services again.
