If vouchers aren’t appearing at checkout, it may be because your purchase doesn’t meet the voucher requirements.
To check the voucher details in the Atome app:
1. Go to "Me" and tap on "Vouchers"
2. On the "My vouchers" page, tap the ⓘ icon to view details such as minimum spend and validity
3. You can also check voucher history under "History", including brand/store eligibility and store type
However, If you’ve met all the requirements and the voucher still doesn’t appear, please email support@atometh.com with following information:
• your Order ID
• screenshot of the full order details.
