• The system detected a payment risk, such as the same credit/debit card being linked to multiple Atome accounts.
What you can do:
• Clear any outstanding payments so your account can return to normal status.
• Check the “Bills” section in the app to review your spending and stay within your assigned limit.
• Make sure your card has sufficient balance to complete the payment.
• For debit cards, make sure online transactions are enabled through your bank’s mobile app.
• If the card you are using is already linked to another Atome account, try using a different card instead.
