User identity verification issues
1. The ID Card used is not a government-issued identity card recognized by the country of your citizenship or residence.
2. The ID card submitted is unclear or a scanned/photocopied version.
3. The full name on the ID card does not match the full name registered in your Atome account.
Account security risks
If we suspect that your account has been compromised, it may be suspended temporarily until we can secure it and return access to the rightful owner. This helps prevent potential malicious activity.
Overdue payments
Accounts with missed payments may be temporarily suspended until outstanding amounts are settled. Extended overdue payments may result in permanent suspension.
