If you wish to update your registered mobile number, please email your request to support@atometh.com. We’ll be happy to assist you with the change. To process your request, kindly provide the following information:
1. Your registered email address
2. The current mobile number you wish to close
3. The new mobile number you wish to use
4. Your date of birth (DOB)
5. A copy of your telecommunications bill or mobile service application form as proof of ownership for the new mobile number
